Any item that has been purchased and found to be defective can be returned for replacement or full refund depending on your wishes. You will need to contact us and we will make arrangements for our carrier to pick up the goods for return.
We must be notified within seven days of receipt that the goods are faulty. After this period it is assumed that you are happy with your purchase and the goods are not returnable. Any standard item that has been purchased in error or you have changed your mind can be returned for a full credit less the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
The returned freight cost is the responsibility of the customer and the goods must be returned in a new and unused condition together with all relevant paperwork. The goods must be securely packaged and correctly addressed to our Sydney warehouse and are your responsibility until we receive them back. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.
