Faulty Items: On the rare occurrence that a factory fault is discovered we will arrange to collect the faulty item and replace it immediately all at no cost to you.

Non Faulty Items: If any item does not meet your expectations you are free to return it provided it is unopened and in it's original package for a full refund less a small charge for return cartage.
